First you can see this Tic bar is aggressive with 1600 HV hardness, so that its lifetime is 3 times more than normal manganese material.

Secondly our produced Tic pillars location is perfect for crushing and casting. That means the hard Tic bar would be crushing firstly to protect soft manganese material.

Thirdly you can see the Tic bar is originally casted into jaw teeth tightently and precisely.

Our customized Tic Insert jaw plate is perfect for hard material crushing, like granite,basalt,river stone or even soft limestone etc.
